At Solis Global, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the home goods you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor and furniture components are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
